We Can Grow a More Sustainable Future by Investing in Renewable Natural Gas.

What Is Project Radius?

Project Radius is a late-development-stage portfolio of high‑quality, on‑farm renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities to reduce emissions from agricultural operations in southern Ontario and decarbonize the natural gas for homes and businesses.

How Does It Work?

Agricultural feedstocks with high-energy potential, like animal manure and crop residues are supplied locally under long-term contracts.

Proven and safe technology transforms that feedstock into raw biogas.

Commercially available equipment converts that biogas into pipeline-quality gas…

…Which is then injected into existing natural gas infrastructure for delivery of renewable natural gas to end-use customers.

How Does It Work?

By transforming locally supplied agricultural source material* with high energy potential into renewable natural gas, we can supply Ontarians with carbon-negative fuel.

Agricultural feedstocks like corn stover and liquid dairy or swine manure are obtained locally under long-term contracts.

Proven and safe technology transforms that feedstock into raw biogas.

Commercially available equipment converts that biogas into pipeline-quality gas…

…Which is then injected into existing natural gas infrastructure for delivery of renewable natural gas to end-use customers.

*Our RNG facilities are designed, engineered and permitted to process only on‑farm, agricultural materials. They cannot accept, store or handle municipal solid waste, food waste, industrial and commercial waste or human waste.

Why It Matters

Renewable energy solutions are needed to help our province and our communities reach their net‑zero emissions targets. By converting on‑farm feedstocks into renewable natural gas, we’re not only reducing emissions across the agricultural sector. We’re helping communities move to a cleaner, more sustainable future by providing a carbon‑negative renewable energy for space heating and domestic hot water within our homes and businesses and steam and process heat for industry.

Who We Are

Project Radius is being developed by EverGen Infrastructure Corp. and Northeast Renewables LP.

EverGen is an established independent renewable energy producer that acquires, develops, builds, owns and operates a portfolio of RNG and related infrastructure projects across Canada. Established in 2020, EverGen owns and operates facilities in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. EverGen is headquartered in Vancouver and is a publicly listed company on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “EVGN”.

Northeast has a diverse and successful track record in the development of innovative energy solutions to reduce dependence on fossil energy, including extensive experience with low‑carbon and renewable fuels. Since 2013, Northeast has helped its partners realize investment in critical energy infrastructure at the community and regional levels. Northeast is an Ontario limited partnership located in Toronto.

Our Commitment to Communities

We are dedicated to ensuring local voices have a say on important energy projects in their area. We know that project success depends on strong alignment between long-term investors, political stakeholders and local communities.
